Restaurant Shift Manager

About the role

Noodles & Company is seeking Shift Managers to lead and support their teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires previous leadership or management experience, along with customer service and hospitality background.

Responsibilities

• Lead a successful shift by managing team dynamics and ensuring smooth service.
• Support, coach, and motivate team members during all shifts, especially during busy times.
• Delegating responsibilities to ensure efficient operation and high-quality service.
• Setting up the next shift for success and recognizing team members for their contributions.
• Communicating clearly with the team and addressing issues promptly.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Maintaining physical stamina to perform necessary tasks, including standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds.

Requirements

• Previous leadership or management experience (preferred).
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
• Ability to lead with energy, positivity, and consistency, especially during busy shifts and peak hours.
• Physical stamina to perform necessary tasks, including standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications.
• At least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

USD $14.50 - USD $21.00 /Hr.
