Restaurant Shift Manager
About the role
Noodles & Company is seeking Shift Managers to lead and support their teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires previous leadership or management experience, along with customer service and hospitality background.
Responsibilities
- Lead a successful shift by managing team dynamics and ensuring smooth operations.
- Support, coach, and motivate team members during all shifts, especially during busy times.
- Delegating responsibilities to ensure efficient service and strong results.
- Owning open, mid, or close routines and preparing the next shift for success.
- Recognizing team members for their contributions and celebrating successes.
- Communicating clearly with the team and addressing issues promptly.
- Ensuring adherence to food safety, quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing other essential duties.
Requirements
Must have previous leadership or management experience (preferred).
Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations, with the ability and willingness to support and lead across both front- and back-of-house.
Must be able to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Qualifications
Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, lift up to 55 pounds, and perform other essential duties.

USD $18.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
Schedule
Flexible schedules available for part-time or full-time needs.
