Restaurant Shift Manager

About the role

Noodles & Company is seeking Shift Managers to lead and support their teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires previous leadership or management experience, along with customer service and hospitality background.

Responsibilities

• Lead a successful shift by managing team dynamics and ensuring smooth operations.
• Support, coach, and motivate team members during busy shifts and peak hours.
• Uphold and model food safety, quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Delegate responsibilities to ensure efficient service and strong results.
• Owning open, mid, or close routines and preparing the next shift for success.
• Recognize and celebrate team members' contributions and shift wins.
• Communicate clearly with the team and address issues promptly.
• Meet physical requirements such as standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds.

Requirements

• Previous leadership or management experience (preferred).
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
• Ability to lead and support teams during busy shifts and peak hours.
• Positive attitude and the ability to maintain energy and consistency.
• Effective delegation and communication skills.
• Physical ability to perform restaurant tasks, including lifting up to 55 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications.

USD $19.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr.
