TA Specialist - Hybrid
About the role
LaSalle Network is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a growing organization in the commerce and technology space. This is a great opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys high-volume hiring, sourcing, candidate screening, and working across a variety of corporate and technical positions. The role supports recruiting efforts across Chicago, New York, and San Francisco, with a particular focus on technical positions.
Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Review and evaluate a high volume of applications and resumes
- Conduct initial candidate screens using a standardized first-round screening process
- Coordinate and schedule interviews throughout the recruiting process
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on open requisitions across multiple departments
- Provide light communication and coordination with hiring stakeholders during the early interview stages
- Support recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions
- Help manage a large applicant pipeline and prioritize candidates based on hiring needs
Requirements
- 2–3 years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience
- Experience reviewing resumes and conducting first-round candidate screens
- Sourcing experience preferred
- Strong ability to manage a high volume of candidates and open positions
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong communication and follow-through skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred
- Experience recruiting for technical positions is a plus
Pay
$28-30/hr based on experience
Schedule
Temporary Contract — minimum 2 months, with potential for longer-term extension
