The Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture.

The Contribution You’ll Bring to This Role: The ideal candidate will bring a proactive and strategic approach to attracting top talent to the organization. This individual will demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and new hire experience. The Recruiter will build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders to support hiring initiatives while helping drive efficient, effective, and scalable recruiting processes.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and talent pipelines.
  • Screens resumes and conducts initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
  • Coverage of international recruiting is a plus.
  • Experience using an ATS, expert using key job boards and social avenues to obtain talent.
  • Proven ability to partner with the business to match talent to organizational strategies.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, particularly relating to candidate experience & employer brand.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience recruiting internationally a plus.
  • Proven ability to partner with the business to match talent to organizational strategies.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, particularly relating to candidate experience & employer brand.
