Contracted TA Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions
• Utilize iCIMS ATS and CRM systems to manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate records, and track engagement
• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing tools, Boolean search, and passive sourcing techniques
• Screens candidates to ensure minimum qualifications, licensure, certifications, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and track interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Partner with hiring managers and TA Manager to achieve recruitment goals
• Maintain recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, candidate pipeline health, and requisition status
• Promote a positive candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED, required
• Experience developing and negotiating job offers
• Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems
• Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required
• Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills

Pay

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
