TA Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist works alongside the TA Manager to help attract, source, and screen candidates for open positions. This is a direct hire position with a process of 1–2 video interviews plus an onsite interview. The role is full-time and located 4 days onsite in Milford, MA.

Responsibilities

• Initiates contact with qualified candidates and provides pre-employment information regarding job requirements, location, benefits, etc. for all temporary staffing needs as well as other entry level/mid-level requisitions
• Reviews employment applications, resumes, and other credentials
• Conducts phone screens, in-person interviews, and pre-employment assessments
• Gathers feedback from hiring teams to ensure prompt correspondence with candidates
• Extends and negotiates offers of employment in partnership with the Talent Acquisition and Compensation managers
• Provides guidance and expertise of Recruiting tools (ATS, Interview Guides, etc.) to hiring managers as needed
• Sources candidates through a variety of methods (job postings, employee referrals, job fairs, internet searches, public organizations, colleges & universities, networking, job boards, advertisements, etc.)
• Maintains frequent contact with candidates during and after the interview to ensure candidates receive timely feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• MS Office proficiency
• Background check required

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in biopharma, medical device, or regulated manufacturing industry
• SuccessFactors experience

Skills

• Bachelor degree + 1–5 years of recruiting experience
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems is preferred
• HR coordination experience is preferred

Pay

Compensation range: $77,000–$95,000 base salary + 5% bonus potential
