This role is pivotal in advancing Yale’s talent acquisition strategy, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across our diverse departments. Utilize cutting-edge sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage with high-caliber candidates. Harness data analytics to uncover insights and opportunities that drive operational success, particularly in support of research and innovation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Participate in intake meeting with the TA Partner and Hiring Manager to understand needs and consult on sourcing, as needed, based on their request.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategy.
- Partner with functional leaders/TA Partners to ensure long-term strategic sourcing plans are aligned with established workforce plans.
- Advise Hiring Managers on posting content and platforms, and work with TA Partners and service providers to post opportunities on internal and external sources.
- Identify and obtain information about potential candidates to meet demand.
- Leverage cutting-edge sourcing tools and methodologies to source passive candidates.
- Review resumes/applications for minimum and differentiating qualifications as part of the initial candidate pre-screening.
- Monitor and document sourcing strategy effectiveness, in partnership with TA Partner and Hiring Manager.
- Maintain and update the database of candidates.
- Monitor and report on the quality and quantity of resumes on a daily/weekly basis
