About the role
Family Dollar is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to support their recruiting function. This role is essential for delivering a seamless, efficient, and data-driven hiring experience.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Workday Recruiting, including configuration updates, troubleshooting, and end-user support
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and IT teams to support system enhancements, integrations, and ongoing maintenance
- Manage and maintain dashboards and reports to track recruiting performance and deliver actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across recruiting systems; identify and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to identify process gaps and drive improvements
- Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides
- Participate in system testing efforts for upgrades, enhancements, and new feature rollouts
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Workday Recruiting administrator (required)
- Experience administering CRM tools (preferably Phenom)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Recruiting Pro Certification
- Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, or testing cycles
- Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, and basic data analysis
- Experience in a high-volume or retail environment
