T3 Account Executive
Primary Responsibilities
- Possess a hunter mentality, generating leads through cold calling, blitzing, research, networking, and driving your territory.
- Close large amounts of sales opportunities, working closely with our rental teams to sell T3 into rental customers and drive T3 clients to rent.
- Serve as an advocate and representative of the overall EquipmentShare brand, culture, and mission.
- Collaborate and build relationships with internal resources, vendors, partners, and potential customers.
- Build, report, manage, and forecast your opportunities in our CRM.

Skills & Qualifications
- Successful multi-state territory management history.
- Self-motivated leader that is proactive and doesn’t need daily management.
- Prospect and opportunity pipeline development ability.
- Ability to articulate technical value into customer business value.
- Time management and organization, advanced communication and presentation skills.
- Learn and alter behaviors due to mistakes and feedback.
- People person, strong communicator, collaborator, and excellent listener.
- Proficient in IoT or construction equipment, SaaS, telematics, or IoT experience.
