Systems Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Manage service intake via email and the client portal.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting for non-complex issues within single-user system environments.
• Document troubleshooting activities accurately within the ticketing system.
• Support Professional Services with client onsite deployment as needed.
• Adhere to established client support documentation.

Job Qualifications

• Education/Certification Requirements: Possession of A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals or obtainment of A+ and/or O365 Fundamental or equivalent on-the-job experience. High School Diploma/GED or equivalent qualification.
• Experience Requirements: Preferably, a minimum of 1 year of service-related experience. Basic infrastructure and troubleshooting skills. Valid driver's license required.
