Systems Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent projects of average to high complexity
• Cook up IT resources and activities to ensure project objectives are met
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Prepare status reports
• Lead project meetings
• Proactively identify and resolve technical and business challenges
• Define and manage project scope, requirements, risks, budgets, and deliverables
• Analyze solution needs
• Ensure all project phases are properly executed and documented

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in a financial or banking environment
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Knowledge of FHLBank systems and processes
• Experience with financial and banking regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• $80,000 - $90,000 annually

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
