Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects of average to high complexity
- Cook up IT resources and activities to ensure project objectives are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Prepare status reports
- Lead project meetings
- Proactively identify and resolve technical and business challenges
- Define and manage project scope, requirements, risks, budgets, and deliverables
- Analyze solution needs
- Ensure all project phases are properly executed and documented
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in a financial or banking environment
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Knowledge of FHLBank systems and processes
- Experience with financial and banking regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- $80,000 - $90,000 annually

- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
