Systems Project Manager
U.S. Water Services Corporation/BCI is a well-established and diverse water and wastewater utility organization specializing in utility maintenance, operations, engineering and construction services. U.S. Water is a fast-paced and rapidly expanding company headquartered in New Port Richey, Florida with a staff of over 700 employees in twenty states.
Responsibilities
- Attend project meetings and able to answer questions about the project
- Review Plans & Specification for the project and understand the scope of work and all instrumentation and control required
- Provide information and guidance for the hardware design of the system
- Provide information and guidance for the software design of the system
- Review, approve, and submit submittal packages produced by the hardware and software teams
- Create purchase request for the materials for the project
- Schedule personnel resources for the project
- Review the instrumentation and control panel builds as they are occurring
- Oversee Installation and commissioning of the project
- Oversee the creation of the O&M Manuals
- Provide all close out documents
Requirements
- Familiar with Water and Wastewater processes
- Project Management experience
- Read and Understand project Specifications and Drawings
- Read Control System Electrical Schematics
- Familiar with AutoCAD Electrical software
- Understand PLC coding
- Know how to use PLC development software (Allen-Bradley, Modicon, etc.)
- Know how to use Microsoft Office (prefer Microsoft A+ certified)
- History of Control System Panel Building
- Understand building and modifying PDF files
