Key Responsibilities
- Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of product and program launches from concept through release.
- Define and manage program scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Partner with product management, engineering, marketing, operations, and supply chain to ensure launch readiness.
- Track and manage dependencies, risks, and issues to keep launches on track.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, communicate updates, and maintain program documentation.
- Ensure alignment between development teams and business requirements.
- Monitor progress, escalate challenges, and drive timely resolutions.
- Support post-launch reviews and continuous improvement for future programs.
- Standardize and optimize processes, tools, and templates to improve launch efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or product launch roles.
- Proven success managing cross-functional products or program launches in a large organization.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, including executive reporting and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Certifications
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent project/program management certification a plus.
- Lever Six Sigma or process improvement certification a plus.
- Familiarity with HP product development and launch processes is strongly preferred.

Compensation
The pay range for this role is $121,950.00 - 179,900.00 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
