Responsibilities
- Serve as a principal advisor & staff support to the AI Cybersecurity Office, enabling timely and informed decision-making
- Oversee daily activities, ensuring tasks, priorities, & deliverables align with Government objectives
- Track tasks, milestones, risks, dependencies, & deliverables across RMF & cybersecurity workstreams
- Cook up communication: Coordinate across multiple organizations & leadership levels to ensure proper dissemination of guidance and direction
- Produce monthly status reports, quad charts, briefings, & executive summaries
- Organize meetings, conferences, & VTCs; develop agendas, take meeting minutes, & maintain attendee records
- Develop & manage program documentation, trackers, SOPs, schedules, & process guides
- Draft & review official communications to ensure accuracy, clarity, & alignment with leadership intent
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, ensuring access, orientation, & knowledge transfer activities are executed efficiently
- Maintain suspense trackers, action item portals, & filing systems in coordination with executive staff
- Support adherence to DoD policies, federal regulations, & internal cybersecurity procedures
- Manage multiple priorities in a high-tempo environment while continuously improving processes and coordination
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience providing executive-level support, planning, or advisory services within the DoD or federal environment
- Proven experience in program coordination, task management, & executive communications
- Strong understanding of DoD organizational structures, processes, and staff operations
- Experience supporting cybersecurity or RMF-related programs is highly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for executive briefings
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills supporting senior military and government leadership
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience developing SOPs, trackers, reports, and operational documentation
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Active Secret clearance required
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting executive-level operations, coordination, or action officer functions
- Strong customer service mindset and stakeholder engagement skills
Pay
Salary Range: $130,000-165,000 **depending on experience**
