Systems Manager (MMIS)

About the role

The Systems Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and maintenance of an organization’s systems, ensuring efficiency, security, and alignment with business goals. This position is contingent upon the award of a government contract.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical contact with the client
• Day-to-day liaison with the client
• Hire and train system maintenance and modification staff
• Develop and manage procedures for routine maintenance

Requirements

• Eight (8) years of supervisory experience in Medicaid systems design, development, and implementation (DDI)
• Eight (8) years of recent experience managing DDI work within multiple functional areas of an MMIS
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $142,450 - $185,000.
