Implementation Manager (MMIS)
About The Role
Conduent is seeking an Implementation Manager who will oversee the deployment of new systems, processes, or technologies, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. This position is contingent upon the award of a government contract. Recruiting and interviewing activities may occur prior to contract award; however, employment and start dates are subject to contract award, funding, customer approval requirements, and/or satisfaction of any applicable pre-employment conditions.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage all Large Project implementation activities.
- Cover coordination of overlapping implementations.
- Maintain all Implementation Management Plans.
- Facilitate Implementation meetings and provide status reporting as needed.
- Cook up and coordinate installation of all communication lines, gateways, routers, and associated equipment.
Requirements
- Six (6) years of experience managing multiple large Health Care implementation projects.
- Two (2) years of experience in cloud-based technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or equivalent experience.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. Pay
The estimated salary range for this role is $142,450 - $185,000.
