Responsibilities
- Provide onsite training and post-deployment support to clients, ensuring they are successfully utilizing our robotics systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, building and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs, ensuring our solutions are tailored to their specific project requirements and future goals.
- Leverage insights from implementation to identify opportunities for expanding and deepening client relationships, working to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of the FieldPrint Platform for construction projects with Dusty's clients, from initial planning and design through to deployment and final layout signoff.
- Cook up project schedules, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful on-time delivery of solutions.
- Identify and resolve any implementation challenges, ensuring projects stay on track and meet client expectations.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and milestones to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Dusty's engineering and R&D teams to ensure the products meet client specifications and can be deployed efficiently.
- Collaborate with Dusty's customer support team to provide post-implementation support and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and customized solutions for potential clients.
- Push opportunities with marketing for deliverables such as case studies, multimedia content, web features, speaking engagements, and more.
- Regularly sync with account and finance teams to ensure clients are billed accurately and timely.
- Develop and refine internal implementation processes to improve efficiency and scalability across multiple projects.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and customize external operating procedures for Dusty's largest customers.
- Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to improve the functionality, usability, and deployment processes of our solutions.
- Proactively identify project or account risks and work to mitigate them by implementing risk management strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation, collaborating with engineering teams as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Robotics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in construction project management, implementation, deployments, or customer facing roles.
- Preferred experience with robotics, automation, or other technology solutions in construction or manufacturing.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong project management skills, including proficiency in project management software (e.g. Asana, Jira, Notion etc.).
- Familiarity with construction software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Procore etc.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize competing demands, and make informed decisions quickly to drive organizational and project success.
Preferred Certifications
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire).
Physical Requirements & Travel
- Up to 75% travel to customer construction sites across North America.
- Comfortable spending extensive time on active construction sites — including exposure to heat, cold, dust, and noise — while training and supporting customers.
- Must wear and work in personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by jobsite policies.
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 65 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and a personal vehicle available for transporting Dusty FieldPrinters; mileage reimbursed per Dusty travel policy.
Location
This position is remote, allowing you to work from home. Must reside near a major airport in the Central or Central/Eastern USA, with cities such as Chicago, Atlanta, Denver, and Dallas being prime examples.
