About the role
Brellium is a healthcare technology company focused on improving clinical documentation and compliance. We are seeking an Implementation Manager to support our growing customer base, primarily in the behavioral health, ABA, hospice, home health, and nutrition sectors.
Responsibilities
- Manage a strategic portfolio of 20–30 enterprise healthcare customers, each generating over $1 billion in annual revenue.
- Develop project plans to implement Brellium’s core offerings with our new customers, including scoping technical and clinical implementation needs, overall milestones, and constraints.
- Own technical projects from end to end, leading kickoff, implementation, and go-live meetings with Clinical Teams and C-suite healthcare executives.
- Navigate complex organizations at the executive level, participating in Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate value and align on strategic initiatives.
- Partner with the CTO and Engineering teams to influence product roadmap based on customer needs and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Go-to-Market teams to develop compelling case studies and showcase customer success stories.
- Work with Customer Success Leadership to develop and enforce best practices around implementation.
- Breakdown of core activities: initial implementation meetings, backlog meetings, workflow meetings & go-live meetings including prep, pre-reads & follow-ups for all.
- Solutioning for customers with technical needs, including API integrations, EMR connections, and new product development.
- Project management for go-live process (planning & execution).
- Clarify requirements and implement feedback.
- Develop customer facing content for implementation meetings and knowledge base references.
- Develop scalable process for customer implementation from contract signature to 'go-live'.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Enterprise Customer Success or Account Management experience working with Enterprise Customers at an early stage startup or Management Consulting or Project Management experience.
- Experience developing relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience owning projects from end to end.
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Enthusiasm for customer facing work & excellence in the product space.
- Live in NYC, or can move within the next 30 days.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in software product development.
- Healthcare technology or account management experience.
- Prior coding or software development experience.
- Hubspot (CRM) experience.

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
