About the role
VTG is seeking a highly motivated Systems Integrator to join our team supporting an exciting customer organization operating in the cyber domain. The Systems Integrator (SI) will organize and manage technical teams, support cross‑organizational initiatives, and quickly identify needs to execute and deliver results. The successful candidate is self‑motivated, ambitious, and hard‑charging.
Qualifications
- TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph
- 3 years of professional experience as a systems integrator or in a related coordination role
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organizational, relationship‑building, and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working on process improvement and/or lean initiatives
- Experience building consensus across groups
- Experience with Agile tools, including Jira
- Experience writing requirements as features or user stories
- Experience with business process improvement
- Experience collaborating with technical staff and engineers
- Experience with systems engineering or software development
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and Agile development
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to perform in a high‑paced work environment with multiple competing priorities
- Critical thinking skills: using logic and reasoning to evaluate alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches
- Experience gathering and writing business or software requirements
