About the role

As a Systems Field Engineer, you will deliver remote IT support to clients in San Francisco. Your focus will be on resolving technical issues efficiently through TCP/IP troubleshooting, hardware installation and repairs, and collaboration with your team to maintain seamless system operations. All activities will be documented to ensure transparency and continuity.

Requirements

• Proficiency in IT support and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience with TCP/IP and hardware support.
• Fluency in English for remote communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Meraki systems.
• Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Familiarity with Zoom or similar collaboration tools.
