Key Responsibilities
- First line of defense to support the investigation and resolution of user issues through Effective use of troubleshooting resources
- Liaising with other watch floor teammates to pinpoint overlap/dependencies
- Collaborating with development team members to secure resolution as needed
- Develop SOPs across the Org
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science degree in a technical or related discipline.
- Experience: Seven (7) years’ experience in engineering supporting programs or contracts of similar scope or complexity is required.
- Skills: Familiarity with dashboard technologies such as Splunk, Grafana. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to collaborate with others to determine root cause. Foundational understanding of system architecture and both physical and virtualized environments. Strong communication and requirements solicitation skills.
Physical Requirements
- Provides 365 days, 7 days a week watch floor operations support, broken into 2 x 12 hour shifts (Days: 0500-1700; Mids: 1700-0500)
- Standard office environment with occasional requirements to visit client sites, labs, or field environments.
