Systems Engineer Team Lead
Job Description
The Systems Engineer Team Lead is responsible for designing, securing, and managing the Bank’s core infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. This senior technical role oversees virtualization, Windows server systems, storage, networking, backup and recovery, disaster-recovery operations, and vulnerability management while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintains high system availability, audit-ready documentation, and resilient DR capabilities;
- Led cloud service governance for IaaS, DRaaS, and SaaS platforms;
- Drives patching, hardening, monitoring, and risk remediation across the infrastructure.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management;
- Proven experience in cloud computing and virtualization;
- Experience with Windows Server, VMware, and other relevant technologies;
- Strong understanding of network architecture, storage solutions, and disaster recovery strategies;
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers;
- Experience with regulatory compliance and auditing processes.
Preferred:
- CISSP certification;
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform;
- Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies;
- Experience with cybersecurity and threat mitigation.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
