Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and support efforts for Lexmark and Zebra printer environments across retail and supply chain operations
• Investigate and resolve complex hardware, firmware, driver, and configuration issues
• Manage printer firmware testing, validation, deployment, and lifecycle activities
• Administer and improve printer monitoring, reporting, and management platforms, including MarkVision Enterprise
• Create technical documentation, operational procedures, knowledge articles, and implementation guides
• Execute change management, incident management, and problem management activities for production systems
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams, deployment organizations, supply chain partners, and external vendors to deliver reliable endpoint and printing solutions

Qualifications

• Experience in PowerShell and Microsoft OS
• Experience with printing, desktop support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Able to work independently as well as with a large team, as required
• Able to communicate effectively – written and verbally, as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Enterprise Printing, Lexmark, Zebra, Firmware Management, Endpoint Infrastructure, Supply Chain Technology, MarkVision Enterprise, Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, Technical Documentation, Vendor Management, Process Automation and Standardization

Pay & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $90,000 or the hourly equivalent.
