Systems Communication Specialist
About the role
The Systems Communications Specialist plays a central role in advancing the organization’s communications, branding, and messaging across the Systems function. This position partners closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, consistent content for client-facing materials, internal communications, and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- RFP, RFI & Due Diligence Management:
- Serve as the primary Systems point of contact for RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, partnering with the Global RFP team to coordinate deliverables and timelines.
- Develop, refine, and validate content in collaboration with SMEs to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of messaging.
- Drive the end-to-end response process, including assigning workstreams, monitoring progress, and facilitating strategy discussions as needed.
- Manage internal review and approval workflows to ensure timely and compliant submissions.
- Maintain and continuously enhance the proposal content library, ensuring responses remain current, high-quality, and aligned with brand standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality within the RFP process.
- Prepare supporting materials including visuals, charts, and supplementary documentation.
- Communications & Engagement:
- Develop and deliver internal communications, including leadership updates, newsletters, and presentations.
- Manage and maintain Systems intranet and SharePoint content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Create and publish employee spotlight content and thought leadership pieces for external platforms.
- Support the development of executive-level presentations for internal and client-facing audiences.
- Collaborate on and support key events such as Town Halls, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to special projects including research, surveys, and strategic communications initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in communications, RFP/DDQ management, or a related field.
- Experience working with content repositories or knowledge databases; familiarity with PowerPoint and presentation design.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other digital collaboration tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Curious, adaptable, and driven to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Pay
Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 Base salary + annual target bonus
BBH and its affiliates' compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
