About the role

The Campaign Execution Specialist is responsible for creating, deploying and managing the effective use of Bluebeam's marketing automation tools. This role will work closely with the Global Marketing Operations Managers as well as Regional Marketing Managers to enable global lead creation, automated forms, triggered and outbound emails, webinar support, and other campaign support. This role is key to executing high quality campaigns as well as supporting marketing's contribution to revenue. The role also helps deliver performance results to provide insight for future automated campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing automation programs
  • Designs, builds, launches, measures and maintains new automated email programs such as post event drips, post forms submissions, and sales follow-up programs
  • Works with Web team to develop and implement new Marketo Forms
  • Pairs with Marketing Ops and Salesforce Admins to identify errors between systems
  • Collaborates with Marketing Operations Managers to develop executive dashboards and show how Marketing efforts are driving revenue & ROI
  • Sets-up and maintain reply mail management
  • Performs A/B testing for email content, subject lines, campaign landers and works with Marketing Operations to report out findings
  • Helps to produce monthly email and campaign performance reports
  • Manages and optimizes email segmentation and overall list hygiene
  • Enables process improvement with Marketing Operations

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Knowledge and use of Marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot etc.
  • Understanding and use of UTMs
  • Experience with webinar tools like ON24, GotoWebinar, etc.
  • Creating emails, forms and landing pages in a MAM
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong writing, communications and project management skills preferred
  • Marketing metrics and campaign reporting experience a plus
  • HTML/CSS experience a plus

Qualifications

  • Self-Starter; see project through from inception to completion

Skills

Pay

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam's Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best-in-class benefits, with 100% employee-covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off.

Schedule

Salary Range: $56,900 - $68,100 + Annual bonus
