Systems and Software Delivery Lead - Project Manager
Job Duties
- Lead software and systems planning, cadence reviews, and release coordination
- Facilitate requirements breakdown, team planning, and issue resolution
- Manage dependencies, resourcing, tools, metrics, and deployment pipelines
- Communicate release status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement of processes and team effectiveness
- Mentor junior delivery leads and contribute to organizational development
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Systems, or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience (Salary will be commensurate with experience)
- Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing cross-functional projects
- Ability to travel occasionally with overnight stays (0-5%)
- Reliable transportation to travel locally between company sites
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with agile or scaled agile software development
- Background in embedded systems, vehicle systems, or industrial products
- Agile certifications (SAFe Product Manager, RTE, Scrum Master, PO)
