About the role
This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Technical Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Translate on-prem networking configurations to cloud-native equivalents
- Collaborate with engineering teams and government to create PPSM documentation
- Compile network operations and maintenance records
- Develop network-level design documentation for diverse audiences
- Troubleshoot network performance issues in on-prem and cloud environments
- Analyze network traffic for capacity planning solutions
- Monitor and address complex technical issues during outages
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; 8+ years in network ops/support/design
- US Citizen with active ADP IT-II Public Trust Clearance (Tier 3 investigation)
- Expertise in TCP/IP protocols and OSI model; packet-level traffic analysis
- Experience in multi-layer network segmentation and perimeter security measures
- Hands-on configuration of BGP, OSPF, IPSec VPN, and load balancing techniques
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Proven ability to manage customer expectations and coordinate with multiple teams
Pay
$107,900 – $195,050 annually
