Qualifications
- Proof of a high school graduation/GED equivalent.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with PowerSchool’s Student Information System (SIS).
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience with report card processing and scheduling.
- Knowledge of GPA, student ranking, transcripts, and grades.
- Knowledge of Cognos and/or other report writing programs.
- Knowledge of Teacher Access Center.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the CFISD liaison between Information Services and Applications (ISA) and third-party vendors to ensure that needs are identified correctly and properly incorporated into technology solutions.
- Gather all criteria for the designing and development of Cognos reports.
- Train enterprise-level customers on PowerSchool’s eSchoolPLUS, covering secondary scheduling, mark reporting, student report card processing, and assist with Teacher Access Center.
- Provide technical support for software related to Classlink products.
- Perform technical analyses, investigate software errors, provide in-depth technical support, and coordinate with the vendor to find software problem resolutions.
- Implement process improvements in CFISD’s report card processing and student scheduling.
- Analyze support tickets and take proactive action to solve the issue.
- Investigate PEIMS errors in the master schedule, student schedules, and staff information.
- Continually maintain and demonstrate an attitude consistent with the goal of achieving outstanding customer service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Terms of Employment
Terms of employment: 244 days
Salary: $47,725 - TC-2 Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year
