Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and Entra ID in a production environment
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and administration
- Demonstrated experience with conditional access, identity security, and device compliance management
- Experience designing or supporting Power Platform solutions
- Strong troubleshooting skills with complex, cross-platform issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Able to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and lead technical initiatives
