Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable system specifications.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, identifying root causes and driving effective solutions.
• Document business processes, functional requirements, and technical designs in a way that is clear and usable across teams.
• Lead and support small to mid-sized projects, managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs and function as expected.
• Collaborate with developers and other analysts to refine solutions and ensure successful implementation.
• Train end users and create documentation to support system adoption and ongoing use.

Requirements

• As a Systems Analyst I, 2-4 years of relevant work experience with an associate's degree or 0-2 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree required.
• As a Systems Analyst II, 4-6 years of relevant work experience with an associate's degree or 2-4 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Some programming knowledge is desirable.
• Understand functional business requirements and deliverables for assigned work.
• Ability to break down work into simple tasks and think through technical implementation.
• Possess basic documentation skills, including the ability to document business processes, read and understand documentation created by others, and ability to create functional specifications.
• Understand the steps needed for the manufacturing process to go through the ERP system.
• Understand common SAP terminology.
• Understand the high level process and configuration of some SAP applications.
• Ability to read and debug basic ABAP code.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of SAP and ABAP.

The starting base pay range for this position is $69,581-$105,903 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
