Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable system specifications.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, identifying root causes and driving effective solutions.
- Document business processes, functional requirements, and technical designs in a way that is clear and usable across teams.
- Lead and support small to mid-sized projects, managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs and function as expected.
- Collaborate with developers and other analysts to refine solutions and ensure successful implementation.
- Train end users and create documentation to support system adoption and ongoing use.
Requirements
- As a Systems Analyst I, 2-4 years of relevant work experience with an associate's degree or 0-2 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree required.
- As a Systems Analyst II, 4-6 years of relevant work experience with an associate's degree or 2-4 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree required.
Qualifications
- Some programming knowledge is desirable.
- Understand functional business requirements and deliverables for assigned work.
- Ability to break down work into simple tasks and think through technical implementation.
- Possess basic documentation skills, including the ability to document business processes, read and understand documentation created by others, and ability to create functional specifications.
- Understand the steps needed for the manufacturing process to go through the ERP system.
- Understand common SAP terminology.
- Understand the high level process and configuration of some SAP applications.
- Ability to read and debug basic ABAP code.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of SAP and ABAP.
