Systems Analyst 3

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level functional and consultative support for a PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP environment.
• Support and maintain Financials modules including: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable/Billing, Purchasing, Asset Management, Inventory, Project Costing, Grants, Contracts, Cash Receipts, Travel & Expense, eProcurement.
• Configure and maintain PeopleSoft application components including Business Units, SetIDs, approval workflows, profiles, categories, and system codes.
• Perform production support, issue analysis, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and functional testing.
• Support integrations between PeopleSoft modules and external enterprise systems.
• Maintain enterprise batch processing, including scheduling, execution, validation, performance tuning, and failure resolution.
• Support application lifecycle management using PUM, Change Assistant, Fluid UI, Elasticsearch, and data migration tools.
• Develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and functional specifications.
• Utilize Application Designer, SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, and PS Query to support functional activities.
• Support enterprise security, role management, and multi-tenant environments following security best practices.
• Provide Level 2 application support and coordinate with Managed Services Tier 3 teams.
• Participate in Major Incident Management (P1/P2), Disaster Recovery testing, upgrades, and release management.
• Lead fiscal year-end planning, reconciliation, configuration, and execution activities.
• Support audits, compliance initiatives, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and ITIL-based service management.
• Deliver user training, documentation, executive presentations, and cross-training for junior staff.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years supporting enterprise PeopleSoft Financials or ERP systems.
• 15+ years of technical experience with: PeopleSoft Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, SAP Business Objects.
• 12+ years performing PeopleSoft configuration and administration.
• 12+ years supporting enterprise batch processing (Run My Jobs or similar).
• 12+ years implementing enterprise security and multi-tenant ERP environments.
• 10+ years supporting large multi-agency government or enterprise ERP environments.
• 10+ years supporting PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Financials.
• Strong expertise in: General Ledger, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable/Billing, Inventory, Project Costing, Travel & Expense, Strategic Sourcing.
• Experience with: PUM, Fluid UI, Elasticsearch, Page Composer, Event Mapping, Drop Zones, ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, ITIL, WCAG 2.1.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience across multiple PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 core and non-core modules.
• Strong understanding of ERP integrations and enterprise financial business processes.
• Experience supporting statewide or large enterprise ERP implementations.
• Experience mentoring analysts and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Technical skills: PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, PS Query, SAP Business Objects, Approval Workflow Engine, PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), Change Assistant, Fluid UI, Elasticsearch, Page Composer, Event Mapping, Drop Zones, ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, ITIL, WCAG 2.1.

Ideal Candidate

A senior PeopleSoft Financials functional expert with deep ERP configuration and production support experience. Strong communicator capable of collaborating with business users, technical teams, and executive leadership. Experienced leading enterprise financial operations, fiscal year-end activities, audits, and large-scale support initiatives. Able to work independently while managing complex enterprise support responsibilities.
