About the role

Analyze and understand business objectives, operational procedures, and problems to recommend alternative solutions. Perform cost/benefit analysis for different solutions and system alternatives. Gather, review, and document user requirements, including input/output needs and report formats. Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and required steps for developing or modifying computer programs. Evaluate computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine feasibility of requested changes. Collaborate with various organizational units to analyze current processes and identify opportunities for automation or system improvement. Utilize a high level of logic, analytical ability, and independent judgment to accomplish goals. Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with stakeholders at all levels. Apply knowledge of IT industry trends, architectural concepts, and emerging technologies to support organizational needs. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and motivate others.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience with Project Delivery Framework and related documentation.
• Preferred familiarity with information architecture, management methodologies, and software infrastructure.
• Preferred experience with healthcare applications.
