Systems Administrator with Intune Experience

About the role

A Systems Administrator with Intune experience is needed in Indianapolis, IN. The position requires 3+ years of practical experience in the field and a bachelor’s degree in information systems or a relevant field. The candidate should also have the ability to obtain a public trust clearance and self-manage work tasks using M365 based tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve Intune-related issues, including device configuration, policy application, compliance failures, and software deployment
• Provide hands-on desktop support in an enterprise environment, addressing OS, hardware, and user-facing issues
• Navigate and resolve security and compliance-related challenges, including endpoint hardening, policy enforcement, and audit readiness
• Operate effectively across multiple functions—including endpoint management, support, security, and asset management—without reliance on rigid team boundaries
• Diagnose and address network connectivity issues such as access restrictions, firewall rules, DNS, VPN, IP/Port/URL filtering
• Administer or operate network access controls in IP:Port or URL based filters
• Manage enterprise desktops within a Microsoft Intune managed environment
• Troubleshoot Windows operating systems in an enterprise environment, including peripheral device management, asset management, and VOIP operations
• Understand regulatory controls, baselines, and security policies within Azure Entra and Intune environments (e.g., CIS benchmarks, STIG)

Requirements

Located near Indianapolis, IN, and willing to be on-site in support of the mission.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems or relevant field

Skills

Hands-on experience administering or operating network access controls in IP:Port or URL based filters

Practical experience managing enterprise desktops within a Microsoft Intune managed environment

Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems in an enterprise environment, including peripheral device management, asset management, and VOIP operations

Understanding of regulatory controls, baselines, and security policies within Azure Entra and Intune environments (e.g., CIS benchmarks, STIG)
