About the role

The Systems Administrator/Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of all systems, and providing technical support to users.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade hardware and software systems
• Provide technical support to end-users
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Implement security measures to protect company data
• Perform routine backups and disaster recovery tests

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Strong knowledge of network administration
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving
