About the role
The Systems Administrator, Tier 2, Lev 3 is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for the company’s IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for end-users
- Perform routine system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Implement and monitor security protocols
- Document procedures and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications
- CCNA certification preferred
- Experience with network monitoring tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
Skills
- Technical proficiency with IT tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
