Systems Administrator (Tier 2/3 Support) with Security Clearance

Key Responsibilities

• Perform system administration and operational sustainment activities across enterprise environments.
• Support configuration, patching, account provisioning, troubleshooting, and system health actions.
• Cook up with helpdesk, security, and engineering teams to restore service and maintain continuity.
• Document actions, follow approved procedures, and support shift-based operations as required.

Basic Qualifications

• Obtain a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Have experience supporting operational or technical environments with shift-based or on-call expectations.
• Be able to meet applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role.
• Have strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience supporting 24/7/365 operations, ticketing workflows, knowledge bases, and customer support metrics.
• Have ability to troubleshoot across applications, accounts, and infrastructure while maintaining service continuity.
• Have experience supporting account lifecycle actions, outage communications, and operational SOPs.
