Systems Administrator (Atlassian & Windows)

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and document Atlassian environment including Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, and Bitbucket along with other add-on features.
• Proficient in managing front-end applications.
• Responsible for tracking and implementing updates and licensing, even if not the person applying them.
• Assist Lead with compliance, including tracking and managing security measures and monitoring agents.
• User support for Windows desktop systems for both software and hardware issues.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• 10+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator in environments of similar complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field OR 5 years of SA experience in lieu of degree.
• Familiarity with Atlassian products.
• Compliance expertise.
• Experience with Linux administration is nice to have but not a must.
