Systems Administrator (Atlassian & Windows) with Security Clearance

About the role

The primary responsibility for this position is managing and documenting our Atlassian environment, which includes Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, and Bitbucket, along with other add-on features.

Responsibilities

• Manage and document the Atlassian environment including Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, and Bitbucket, along with other add-on features.
• Assist the Lead with compliance, including tracking and managing the implementation of security measures and monitoring agents.
• Provide user support for Windows desktop systems for both software and hardware issues.
• Knowledge of networking, specifically using Cisco switches and firewalls, NetApp (data storage), Rubrik (backup device), and VMWare is a plus.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph Clearance Required
• 10+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator in environments of similar complexity.
• Familiarity with Atlassian products and compliance expertise.
• Experience with Linux administration is nice to have but not a must.
