Description
- Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, including user, group, and license management.
- Perform regular audits of licenses to ensure proper allocation and cost optimization.
- Monitor service health and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications, including Microsoft Teams.
- Administer and configure Microsoft Teams to enable conferencing, live events, and other collaboration features.
- Manage Teams policies, including messaging, meetings, and calling settings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Teams functionality, such as audio/video problems, connectivity, and meeting access.
- Enforce security policies within the Microsoft 365 environment, including setting up Conditional Access, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and other security controls.
- Utilize Microsoft Purview to implement data loss prevention (DLP) policies and eDiscovery for compliance and governance.
- Monitor security reports and audit logs to identify and respond to potential threats or policy violations.
- Ensure the seamless integration of Microsoft 365 with other platforms and services, such as on-premises Active Directory or third-party applications.
Skills
- Extensive experience with the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell for administration and automation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams administration and its conferencing capabilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft security and compliance features (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Conditional Access).
- Understanding of identity management and directory services (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID).
- Experience with integration and support of Microsoft 365 with other platforms and services.

This is a Contract position based out of Glendale, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
