About the role
This hands-on technical position drives the success of IT operations and integrations with Kestra firms. The Systems Administrator will report to the Head of Shared Service Infrastructure, troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of infrastructure issues in a fast-paced environment, assist with overall technology strategy, and foster open communications and collaboration within the infrastructure team, technology department, and organization.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate technology initiatives and progress to managers and executives.
- Administer Intune and Endpoint Manager for Windows and mobile devices.
- Manage and administer Azure AD accounts.
- Ensure the proper functionality of systems including email hosting, servers, and internal network.
- Assist in administering call flows and call routing.
- Support Tier 1 and 2 technicians in troubleshooting system-related issues.
- Handle on-boarding and off-boarding IT processes for employees.
- Recommend improvements to existing systems and new technologies.
- Document and maintain records of current in-production systems and technology.
- Install network cabling, equipment, and provide ongoing support.
Requirements
- Direct experience as an account administrator for Office 365.
- Direct experience managing and troubleshooting Azure AD and Intune/Endpoint Manager.
- Experience administering RingCentral is a plus.
- Experience deploying and administering Windows Autopilot is a plus.
- Managing SSL certificates.
- Email hosting and troubleshooting (spam filtering, DKIM, SPF); direct experience migrating mailboxes to Exchange Online (O365) is a plus.
- Configuring and supporting Windows Servers in a production environment.
- Strong communication skills and experience detailing technology initiatives to multiple stakeholders.
- Grasp of industry best practices for backups, network security, patch management, monitoring, and documentation.
- Strong customer service presence and commitment to quality of service and follow-through.
- Ability, willingness, and desire to learn and embrace new, unfamiliar, or emerging technologies.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
