We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Lead incident and problem management processes, resolving complex issues and addressing escalations Complete work assignments and support business-specific projects, applying expertise and coordinating resources Support the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise systems through complex analysis Provide first and second level support for enterprise systems, diagnosing and resolving complex incidents Plan and perform complex system configuration, including installs, upgrades, and decommissions Define the maintenance, modification, and documentation of advanced applications What You'll Need Minimum three (3) years experience in application support Minimum one (1) year in an informal leadership role working with IT or operational teams Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care or related field, OR equivalent work experience Six (6) years working in IT or operations Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues Experience with system configuration, documentation, and impact analysis What's On Offer Opportunity to lead incident and problem management Role in ensuring enterprise system stability and performance Support for continuous improvement through customer feedback Participation in change management processes Apply via Haystack today!
