Systems Administration Analyst (Business Analysis, Senior Analyst)

Support a Federal Government client at our Charleston, SC location as a member of the Business and Systems Support (BSS) team, focusing on department financial systems. This position currently requires an on-site schedule, subject to change based on company or contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• General system support of Momentum and GBI Financial systems
• Assist with fiscal year-end close
• Assist with troubleshooting customer support tickets
• Assist with day-to-day operations including setting parameters and executing jobs
• Support business process improvement projects

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in information technology as an analyst, programmer, or business/process
• Ability to work independently, autonomously, and take initiative without being directed, while also working well within a team
• Customer-focused with the ability to identify issues, analyze and interpret data, and develop solutions to user problems
• Experience with Federal Accounting
• Excellent customer/consulting skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience with Momentum
• Great attention to detail
• Professional demeanor
• BA/BS degree
• US Citizenship required
• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance and be able to upgrade to a Top Secret (TS) clearance as required

Desired Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing, and deploying automations to improve business processes
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud environments and AI Applications
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information, balance competing priorities, and maintain adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Experience with BMC Control-M

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $91,000 - $97,000 per year. Final salary is determined based on individual qualifications, education, experience, and contractual limitations.
