Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 2nd level technical support to Service Account Managers (SAMs) and Field Service Engineers (FSEs).
- Provide troubleshooting guidance and resolve complex system and automation issues.
- Conduct claim analysis and identify root causes for technical failures.
- Support installation, commissioning, and startup of equipment in collaboration with project teams.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and support materials.
- Deliver remote technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Work with PLC systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider) to support programming and system functionality.
- Aid in equipment upgrades, including installation of rebuilding kits and restoring production operations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution and service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Automation, Control Systems, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in automation technology and technical service environments.
- Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control system principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft systems and MS Office tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills; advanced English required (Spanish is a plus).
- Relevant technical experience (6–10 years in technical roles).
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong focus on quality, results, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in PLC systems such as Siemens, Schneider, and Allen-Bradley.
- Strong understanding of electrical, electronic, automation, and mechanical aspects of SIG filling line equipment.
- Experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system optimization.
