About the role

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a System HR Manager to support Human Resource functions across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will manage HR policies, coach associates, and assist with recruitment and onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures all Company HR policies are applied consistently.
  • Objectively coaches associates and management through complex issues.
  • Maintains and coordinates associate recognition programs.
  • Supports internal customer surveys and associate engagement surveys.
  • Attends department meetings, conducts training, and implements HR initiatives.
  • Reviews requests for pay increases and processes status change forms.
  • Prepares and presents HR-related training materials.
  • Acts as the diversity champion, leading diversity recruiting and retention efforts.
  • Assists in creating Personal Development Plans for associates.
  • Participates in the Annual Performance Appraisal process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • PHR or SPHR designation strongly preferred.
  • Three plus years human resources generalist experience required; management experience a plus.
  • HR experience at a large, multi-unit organization required.
  • Previous experience in a centralized HR environment, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills; advanced skills preferred.
  • Content-knowledge regarding employment law, policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Experience in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Experience responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
  • Strong presentation skills required.
  • Training certification a plus (e.g., Zenger-Miller, Stephen Covey, etc.).

Pay & Schedule

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 annually.
