System Design Engineer - Memory System

About the role

Exciting opportunity to work on innovative NAND Flash products for AI infrastructure. Develop next-generation products in the Emerging Technology Solutions group.

Responsibilities

• Memory System Design for HBF-based products
• Manage and execute HBF stress tests
• Verify and characterize HBF management algorithms on actual systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in EE, ECE, E&I, VLSI, or other relevant field
• Knowledge of programming in high-level languages (e.g. C, C++, Python)

Skills

• Knowledge of AI server hardware/software frameworks
• Knowledge of LLM algorithms
• Knowledge of Flash memory
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communications skills
• Strong organizational capabilities and collaborative/interpersonal skills

Pay

The salary range for this role is applicable for jobs performed in California, Colorado, New York, or remote jobs that can be performed in those states. The range may be modified in the future and may vary based on factors including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, internal and external equity, and business needs.
