About the role
Support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and administration of enterprise server environments. Monitor system health, performance, security, and availability to ensure optimal operation. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to maintain security standards. Perform system upgrades, patches, backups, and troubleshooting of infrastructure issues. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and business teams to meet operational and project requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux administration, virtualization platforms, and directory services.
- Knowledge of SAN/NAS storage and backup solutions (desired).
- Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues involving servers, storage, networking, and directory services.
