Job Summary
AllCom Global Services is seeking a talented, motivated, and driven individual to fill a full-time System Administrator position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system and network administration, be able to quickly adapt to new technologies and trends, and have a strong background in troubleshooting complex systems.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Administration of the Microsoft 365 Commercial and GCC platform such as: Intune, Entra ID, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Defender.
- Maintain Microsoft’s Intune policies.
- Maintain and update monitoring infrastructure and automation tools.
- Plan and test Microsoft’s Intune conditional access policies.
- Maintain Intune Autopilot Deployment Profiles.
- Thoroughly create documentation of IT related processes, infrastructure, and workflows.
- Identify policy deviations, recommend corrections, and report all results to management.
- Harden windows systems, assist with applying OS updates and thirty party patches.
- Implement and manage network security devices such as firewalls, anti-virus, Intrusion Detection System.
- Implement and maintain Fortinet Network infrastructure such as creating Firewall Policies, VLANS, SD-WAN, IPsec Tunnels, and VPNs.
- Install, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot systems and related hardware and software.
- Ensure Data Recovery processes are thoroughly tested and documented.
- Perform restores from backup solutions such as Cohesity and Synology.
- Continually evaluates and research new technologies and trends to help streamline, security and improve the IT tech stack.
- Develop and monitor the appropriate security procedures and controls to help maintain CMMC level 2 compliance and safeguard the company’s infrastructure from Cyber Breaches.
- Closely monitor system integrity and performance of several systems including Microsoft 365, Fortinet, Backups, and more.
- Perform routine and scheduled internal and external audits.
- Aid the IT Support Specialist with ticket escalations and other teams with troubleshooting hardware, software, system, and network issues.
- Remediate vulnerabilities for Servers, Desktops, Laptops, and Network endpoints, execute reports for vulnerability findings and report them to management.
- Routinely upgrade Network Security devices such as Firewalls, Switches, Access Points, and other appliances.
- Participate in infrastructure enhancements and lifecycle of hardware, software and other applications.
- Quickly assist in business wide IT outages while coordinating with IT manager and other staff personnel.
- Have a good understanding of networking fundamentals such as DHCP, DNS, IP Address’s, and NAT and how to configure.
- Some knowledge in surveillance systems such as IP Cameras and NVRs.
- Experience with VoIP systems such as Cisco, Microsoft Teams, RingCentral.

- Possess Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient at multitasking in high paced environments.
- Knowledge of Kaseya AutoTask, Datto RMM, Datto EDR, and Datto Endpoint backup.
- Strong communication, verbal, and customer service skills.
- Eager to learn with a passion for studying new technologies and trends.
- Extensive knowledge of administration in Microsoft 365 platform such as: Intune, Autopilot, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and other dashboards.
- Some knowledge in patch management tools such as WSUS, SCCM, Windows Autopatch, and PDQ.
- Moderate knowledge in SIEM solutions such as Rapid7, NeQter, and Sentinel.
- Extensive knowledge of Fortinet networking solutions such as routers, switches, and access points.
- General knowledge in SASE solutions such as CloudFlare, Zscaler, and Cisco Umbrella.
- Extensive knowledge in backup and data retention solutions such as Veeam, Cohesity, Synology and N-Able.
- Some knowledge in Linux distros such as RedHat, Ubuntu, and CentOS.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows Servers, 10, and 11 Operating Systems.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex IT systems on site and at remote locations.
Education/Certification/Job Experience
- Associate’s degree in information technology or similar degree.
- Minimum of 2 years in System Administration, IT Support, or a similar role.
- The ability to travel to different locations if needed.
- The ability to work after normal business hours when needed.
- Comptia A+, Security+, and other certifications preferred.
- Knowledge in NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance preferred.
