About the role
As a key member of the Syndigo team, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and success of our client base by providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance.Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide technical support for product usage and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Document and escalate issues to appropriate departments
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or technical assistance
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is beneficial
