About the role

As a key member of the Syndigo team, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and success of our client base by providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide technical support for product usage and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
  • Document and escalate issues to appropriate departments
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or technical assistance
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is beneficial
