Customer Success Content & Enablement Manager

About the role

At SiliconExpert, we’re helping the world navigate the complex global electronics supply chain by delivering Trusted Intelligence—connecting billions of data points to help teams anticipate risk, adapt faster, and design smarter. We're expanding our Customer Experience organization and seeking a Customer Success Content & Enablement Manager to sit at the intersection of technical writing, internal training, and customer marketing.

You will own the end-to-end content ecosystem that drives user adoption, empowers our internal Customer Success (CS) and Sales teams, and showcases customer ROI. Your goal is to shorten the customer's "time-to-value" while building a library of powerful customer success stories. This role involves project managing the content ecosystem, preparing related documents, and enabling sales teams on how to prove ROI and set customers up for success.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional projects, including project calls, work assignments, and timeline management.
• Manage stakeholder communications and keep leadership informed of potential issues.
• Create project-related process documents.
• Assist in training new and existing employees on policies and procedures related to project outcomes.
• Maintain Green Belt and PMP certifications.

Requirements

• Experience with tools: HubSpot, Zendesk, Pendo (preferred), and Salesforce.
• 3-5 years of experience in content creation and project management.
• In-depth knowledge of the electronics supply chain industry and SaaS experience.
• Ability to solve complex problems using existing solutions and work independently with minimal guidance.
• Act as a resource for colleagues and provide informal guidance to junior staff.
• Contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid (Colorado): Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday required in-office at the Panorama Arrow Building; Monday and Friday work from home.
• Fully remote (other locations): Must be able to travel to an Arrow office as requested by leadership.

Pay

Annual hiring range: $87,900.00 - $137,500.00. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Location: US-CO-Denver, Colorado (Panorama Arrow Building). Remote employees may be required to visit the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes at the company’s request.
